To learn more about Wurth, explore us at [please apply online] Revcar Fasteners, Inc., ([please apply online] a global components distribution company with headquarters in Roanoke, VA is looking for a highly motivated, responsible and career minded individual to become an Inside Sales/Account Manager for our Roanoke, VA Military division ([please apply online] position will require a motivated learner who enjoys people and desires to provide customers the best possible service. Immediate responsibilities will include expediting, quoting, sourcing, purchasing, customer service and account management.

Once successful in military inside sales, this individual can advance to senior military sales, outside sales, logistics and/or other management positions.
The successful candidate will possess great verbal and written communication skills, and should also be proficient in both Microsoft Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

  • Partners with Outside Sales to ensure account retention through seamless customer support, resource orchestration, and order fulfillment troubleshooting.
  • Enables sales productivity and available selling time to increase orders and customer satisfaction.
  • Executes tasks to support the sales process and move an opportunity forward.
  • Proactively drives account management.
  • Demonstrates breadth and depth of product knowledge to position and map Wurth Revcar Fasteners offerings to align with customer’s business objectives and initiatives.
  • Data entry, Quote support, Record management, researching activities, etc. via defined processes.
  • Demonstrates customer-oriented responsiveness in answering inquiries and troubleshooting process issues which jeopardize order fulfillment.
  • Maintains and builds customer relationships to become a trusted consultative advisor.
  • Provides a full representation of the Wurth Revcar Fasteners product offering.
  • Interfaces with key stakeholders and customers to provide pre and post-sales support to resolve issues.
